The following Terms of Use apply to all everyone who uses this forum.
OFFICIAL CLUB NEWS AREA
Only NEE staff / committee who register may post or reply to threads within this section. All registrations are verified before being accepted.
TEAM CHAT AREA
Anyone may post or reply to any threads within and you are NOT required to regsiter first. However if this facility is abused we will ban the users PC (IP Address) from all future use of this forum.
PRIVATE MESSAGING (PM)
Is only available to registered members and is provided in good faith.
The Forum and PM facility does not allow anyone to:
Use for commercial purpose
Post content or participate in any form of discussion which is unlawful, harassing, libellous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, confrontational, harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or which otherwise includes objectionable material
Post content which may be subject to review by governing body such as ongoing or judged cases or situations.
Post, or encourage discussion based upon actual or perceived events before, during or after a game which may result in or be subject to disciplinary action by any governing body
Impersonate any other person or entity whilst using the Site.
*Governing Body, by definiation relates to and including either, Government authorities such as the Police, The English FA, Northumerland FA, Youth Divisions and NABC Football League, Newcastle Mini Soccer League & the Northumberland Girls Football League.
NEE Juniors and the Web Administrator we will be entitled at their discretion to remove anything which is transmitted to, from or via the Site or posted on the Site which, in our opinion, is objectionable or does not comply with these terms of use in any way.
We will not be liable for doing this.
We may bar your access to this Site, without notice, if you breach these provisions and we shall not enter into any communication regarding the reasons for doing so unless you appeal in writing to the league office.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms without notice to you from time to time. Any such amendment shall be effective once the revised terms have been posted on the Site.
